Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai actor Deepesh Bhan passed away in July, leaving his family, friends and industry colleagues in a state of shock. The late actor is survived by his wife and an 18-month-old son. After his sudden demise, his wife had to not only deal with emotional trauma but also faced financial challenges as they had a home loan of Rs 50 lakh. Deepesh’s former co-star from Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai, Saumya Tandon started a fundraiser to support his family. Now, the latest information is that Deepesh Bhan’s family had managed to repay the amount with the help of the fundraiser. His wife recently shared a video on her husband’s social media account and informed all the fans and well-wishers that they have repaid the amount.
She took the moment to also thank Saumya Tandon and the producer of the show, Benaifer Kohli.
She said in the video, “When suddenly my husband passed away, I had no other way to repay the loan as I was not financially strong and had no backing. During that time, Saumya Tandon from BJGPH came to my life and she made my account in Ketto and started a fundraiser. She helped me a lot and within one month, we have managed to repay the loan. My motive to make this video is to thank Saumya ji in front of everyone. I would also like to thank Benaifer Kohli ma’am, the producer of the show has always supported and she still continues to do. I want to thank both of them from the moment of my heart.”
Saumya Tandon, former Anita Bhabi of Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain, took to social media and shared a video thanking many celebrities and people who helped Deepesh’s family secure a roof above their head. She wrote, “CINTA and Many other actors also sent their checks. Everyone made this dream come true and they saved Deepesh’s family and gave a roof over their heads.”
For the uninitiated, on July 26, Deepesh Bhan had gone to play cricket with his friends when after bowling an over, he collapsed on the ground. He was rushed to the nearby hospital where he was declared dead on arrival.
